Sticky Boobs® Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Sticky Boobs®, your comfort, confidence, and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict returns policy to protect all customers—while still offering flexible solutions when something isn’t right.

Please review the details below before placing your order.


1. Hygiene Policy: All Sales Are Final

Because Sticky Boobs® products are designed for direct skin contact, we do not accept returns or issue refunds back to the original payment method.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Adhesive bras

  • Nipple covers

  • Boob tape

  • Non-adhesive essentials

Once delivered, items cannot be returned or refunded to the original form of payment, even if they appear unused.


2. Store Credit for Eligible Issues

While we cannot issue refunds to your card, we are happy to offer store credit in certain situations.

You may be eligible for Sticky Boobs® store credit if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a confirmed defect due to manufacturing or shipping error

Store credit can be used toward any product on our site.


3. How to Request Store Credit

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@stickyboobs.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue store credit directly to your account.


4. What Store Credit Covers

  • Store credit expires after 30 days.

  • Credit can be applied toward a replacement item or a different product

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error

We do not offer cash refunds, partial refunds, or refunds to the original payment method.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. Instead, approved issues are resolved through store credit, allowing you to choose the product that works best for you.


6. Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and arrives damaged or incorrect, the recipient may contact us for assistance. Any approved resolution will be issued as store credit.
